Water Heater Repair & Installation
No hot water, rusty water, or a tank that's leaking at the base? We diagnose the problem, explain whether repair or replacement makes more sense, and install new units cleanly and to code.
Signs you need help
- No hot water or hot water that runs out fast
- Rusty or discolored hot water
- Popping or rumbling sounds from the tank
- Water pooling around the base of the heater
- An older unit that needs frequent repairs
How we handle it

Homeowner tips
- Sediment buildup is common with hard water — flushing the tank helps.
- Know where your heater's water shut-off valve is.
- Tankless units heat water on demand and take up less space.
- A leak at the base of a tank usually means replacement time.
Water Heaters FAQs
Should I repair or replace my water heater?+
It depends on the unit's age, condition, and the problem. We inspect it and explain both options before any work starts.
Is a tankless water heater worth it?+
Tankless heaters provide hot water on demand and save space. We'll help you decide if one fits your home's hot-water needs.
Why is my water heater making noise?+
Popping or rumbling usually means sediment has built up in the tank. Flushing or repair may help.
